Shipping and Returns
All of our orders are hand-packed and some products are made to order. We aim to dispatch everything within 1-3 working days from ordering. Any orders placed over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday.
We are happy to offer free U.K. shipping on all orders! We currently ship using a 48 hour tracked Royal Mail service.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this stage.
Our candles come in individual luxury lined boxes to keep them secure. The candle boxes are surrounded by biodegradable packing peanuts which you can dissolve in water. It will be sent in a cardboard packaging box, sealed with paper tape.
We are happy to accept returns of items purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided the item is returned in the same condition and in its original packaging.
Please email us at email@example.com to arrange a return. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover postage costs for the return or offer a refund on the original shipping cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will assess your return upon receipt and notify you via email whether we will be able to approve a refund. If you are issued a refund, this should reach you within 10 working days to your original method of payment.
We’re very sorry if your item has arrived damaged. If that is the case, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving it.
You must include images of the damaged item and packaging, as we will want to look into making sure this doesn’t happen again. We will reship the item out to you free of charge in the event the item was damaged in transit or through a manufacturing error.
Should the item look damaged through fair wear and tear or after delivery, we will be unable to arrange a replacement or refund.
